OSCAR CALVO STEPS OUT
RACEWEAR specialist Barbara Wilson should start her own design school, as yet another former employee steps out on their own.
Following the lead of fellow former staffer Jason Grech, the one-time area manger for Wilson, Oscar Calvo, is about to see his first men’s-wear collection (above) hit stores for winter.
Calvo, 26, originally left Wilson to help support Grech, then decided he would like to start a label of his own.
The result is a small range he describes as high-end tailored street wear combining hoodies, graphically adorned tops and the like with quality fabrics.
Look for his first range at Husk and MDFI.
